Shirley migrated to Perth in 1997 to join her children who had already arrived some years before. She had the vision to buy a rundown property in Swan Valley and over the years developed it into award winning extra virgin olive oil farm. She conceptualised the first boutique olive shop in WA, added a guesthouse and restaurant. Today ASA's head office is situated on the farm where Shirley spends the remaining hours left in the day assisting with ASA's visa processing. She loves the interaction with prospective immigrants, who like herself intend to make Australia their new home. Shirley loves cooking and enjoys a good red wine with friends and family from time to time. All ASA clients have an open invitation to visit the farm and award winning restaurant.
